Rewrite the story
Psychodrama provides a safe and dynamic way to explore emotions, relationships, and personal challenges through role-playing and dramatization.
This process helps to uncover and rewrite inner stories—deep-seated narratives about oneself and life—allowing participants to heal from past wounds, challenge limiting beliefs, and create empowering new narratives.
